Who We Are

SPARC Behavioral Health is driven by over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Led by seasoned professionals, SPARC was created to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services that empower clients and their families to make meaningful, lasting progress. With a mission rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and creative problem-solving, SPARC is committed to helping individuals on the Autism spectrum achieve greater independence, confidence, and inclusion in everyday life.

Leadership

Samantha Newman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly a decade of experience. Over the years, she has worked across a wide range of settings supporting individuals with Autism, including early intervention in home-based environments, public and private schools, clinics, Adult Day Habilitation programs, residential facilities, and in a consulting capacity. Samantha is known for her compassionate, solution-focused approach and takes pride in being the person who says “yes” when others have said “no.” She finds deep fulfillment in witnessing milestones such as a child responding to their name for the first time, saying “Hi, Mommy,” or being able to enjoy everyday experiences like grocery shopping, going to the beach, or sitting down for a family meal, free from behavioral challenges. She is passionate about ABA and loves being involved in every step of the journey.

Mission

SPARC ABA exists to empower clients and their families to make meaningful progress towards achievable milestones through high-quality ABA methodology, with a focus on enabling success and sustained enrichment of their future.
